Refund policy
At Ne A Blanc, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at skinluminosity1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Non-returnable items:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene reasons)
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
